Registration Fees:
The registration fee includes access to technical sessions, symposium facilities, proceedings and conference kit, coffee breaks, lunches and the social dinner (date of social dinner to be announced).
A valid registration entitles the delegate to present one contribution (unless specific arrangements are made with the organizers). Every contribution must have at least one registration associated with it in order to be included in the Symposium's programme/proceedings.
To register an accompanying person or obtain an invitation letter (required to get the VISA), please contact Prof. Lihao Zhao (e-mail: zhaolihao@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn).
To facilitate the set up of the technical program, speakers are invited to register before June 15, 2024 (deadline for early-bird registration).
Please note that last-minute registration might affect the availability of conference materials.
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible only before Friday, July 26, 2024. Cancellations must be received in writing and will be
assessed a 500 CNY fee regardless of the reason for cancelling.
Registrations can be transferred to other delegates at any time, provided they are notified to the Symposium Secretariat in advance.
On-site Registration
Registrations made later than July 31 2024 will be considered as on-site
registrations. Invoice of payment will be issued after the end of the Symposium.
Payment
A successful registration requires the recorded payment and the invoice issued.
Insurance
Organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants during the Symposium.
